Highly efficient monocrystalline panels sized 2279 × 1134 × 35 mm at a favorable price for a quick return on investment. Additionally, all supplied panels have positive tolerance of nominal power.

N-Type TOPCon Technology
This is a type of solar cell with passive contacts on the back and N-type material. N-type material is silicon doped with phosphorus, which has an excess of electrons.
N-Type TOPCon photovoltaic cells have several advantages over traditional PERC-type photovoltaic cells:

  • Higher conversion efficiency and rated power. The efficiency of N-Type TOPCon photovoltaic cells can reach over 23%, while the efficiency of traditional P-type photovoltaic cells is around 20%.
  • Zero risk of degradation caused by light (LID) or elevated temperature (LeTID), increasing the reliability and lifespan of the modules.
  • Lower temperature coefficient, meaning less power loss with increasing temperature.
  • Bifacial capability, meaning they can generate electricity from both sides of the module.

These panels have 144 cells (6 × 24) assembled into two arrays in a sturdy aluminum frame. They are equipped with special mechanically resistant tempered glass (3.2 mm) with high light transmission capacity.
The waterproof output has integrated bypass diodes for protection against reverse current and is highly resistant to extreme weather conditions such as high and low temperatures, frost, heavy rain, or wind.

The panel includes junction boxes with cables and MC4 connectors.

We usually have panels in stock in Prague with fast delivery within the Czech Republic and Slovakia within two days. Due to the dimensions of the panel, it can be shipped only as a full pallet, i.e., 31 pieces. Smaller quantities can be picked up by your own transport/in person.
