Konstrukce kabelu je U/UTP s plastovým křížem, který zajišťuje maximální oddělení párů od sebe po celé délce kabelu. Typ pláště je UV stabilní PE s třídou reakce na oheň Fca a stupněm krytí IP67. Vodiče kabelu jsou vyrobeny z kvalitního měděného drátu s čistotou mědi 99,97 %. Kabel bez problémů splňuje požadavky z mezinárodních standardů ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173 a ANSI/TIA 568.2-D. Stejně jako ostatní kabely Solarix, je i kabel SXKD-6-UTP-PE značen metráží po 1 m v rozsahu od 0 do 500 m. Kabel je dodáván na vysoce pevné dřevěné cívce, na které jsou uvedeny všechny nezbytné produktové informace, včetně čárových kódů, výrobní šarže, popisu a nejdůležitějších technických parametrů. Při instalaci do země doporučujeme vždy použít HDPE chráničku.
