1. Contact Customer Support
Reach out to our support team to receive instructions for the next steps. When packaging the product for return, follow the manufacturer’s guidelines to avoid damage during transport. Preferably use the undamaged original packaging with internal padding. If unavailable, ensure equivalent protection using suitable alternative packaging.
2. Sending the Product for Warranty Claim
Send the product complete, as instructed by the service center. Do not include non-original accessories or software that was not part of the original manufacturer’s packaging. If the product is deemed irreparable, it may remain at the service center for disposal. In such cases, only the official report confirming irreparability will be returned.
3. Documentation for the Shipment
Include the warranty claim form with your contact details, a list of claimed items with a description of the defects, a copy of the purchase receipt with serial numbers, and, if applicable, a completed warranty card. Clearly label the box with the recipient and sender addresses, and include the claim reference number if one was assigned. After handing the package to the courier, keep the receipt as proof of shipment.
