Information that will help prevent possible problems during the complaint about the packaging of claimed products - the manufacturer usually provides detailed information on how to pack the shipment in the instructions for sending the shipment to prevent damage to its contents during transport. If this is not the case, it is necessary to prefer undamaged original packaging with original fillings. If not available, the shipment must be packaged in a way that ensures the same protection of the product during transport as the original packaging and fillers.
Completeness of claimed productsIt is necessary to follow the instructions you will receive from the service center, in case of any doubts or request for an exception, it is necessary to contact the service center.
In no case do we recommend sending HW / SW together with the claimed product, which was not supplied directly with the device by the manufacturer.
In the event of irreparability of the product, it usually remains in the service center for disposal, only the protocol of irreparability is returned and products that were not originally supplied with the product by the manufacturer do not have to be returned (non-original peripherals, license plates from purchased software, etc.)
Documents for the shipmentThe instructions for sending the shipment usually contain information on which documents you should attach to the shipment or what case number you should put on the cardboard. If this is not the case, it is advisable to enclose the following in the shipment:
- Your complaint protocol, which will show the following data: exact delivery address, name, phone number, e-mail of the responsible person- in case of multiple items in the shipment, a package list with a description of defects of the claimed products- a copy of the sales document with the serial numbers of the claimed product- if required by the manufacturer, a duly completed and confirmed original manufacturer's warranty card
Provide the box with a label that will show the address of the recipient and sender and the registration number of the order (if assigned), handing over the parcel to the courier - please keep the proof that the courier has received the parcel from you
