The Tapo A201 solar panel is designed for seamless pairing with all Tapo Battery Cams, ensuring their continuous power supply from solar energy. With a maximum charging power of 2.5 W, just 45 minutes of direct sunlight per day is enough for all-day camera operation.
The panel features a 4-meter charging cable allowing flexible placement for maximum sun exposure. Thanks to its IP65 rating, the panel is fully resistant to dust and rain, guaranteeing reliable operation even in demanding weather conditions.
Flexible installation options
The panel can be installed as part of the camera or separately using the charging cable. The adjustable mount allows optimal orientation towards the sun regardless of camera placement.
High charging efficiency
With a maximum charging power of 2.5 W, only 45 minutes of direct sunlight per day is enough to ensure all-day camera operation under normal load (approximately 100 activations per day).
Complete package for easy installation
The package includes everything needed for installation – adjustable mounting bracket, mounting screws and anchors, waterproof seal, extension cable, and Type-C to Micro USB adapter for cameras with an older connector.
