Specializovaná rozšiřující deska tHAT4 pro zařízení LAN ovladač s rozšířenými možnostmi řízení a komunikace.
tHAT4 je navržena pro rozšíření funkcí LAN kontrolérů a nabízí dodatečné výstupy s otevřeným kolektorem, připojení pro reléové desky a další komunikační rozhraní. Deska je plně kompatibilní s modely LK3.9 a LK3.7+ (hardwarové verze 3.7 a 3.8), zatímco u starších modelů LK3.5 a LK3.6 není podporován převodník Modbus (RS-485).
Díky svému designu umožňuje tHAT4 snadnou integraci do stávajících systémů a rozšíření jejich funkčnosti o možnost ovládání externích zařízení prostřednictvím relé, komunikaci přes průmyslovou sběrnici Modbus RTU a připojení analogových senzorů.
IDC10 konektory pro reléové desky
HAT4 je vybaven dvěma IDC10 konektory speciálně navrženými pro připojení reléových desek. První konektor poskytuje linky OUT1–OUT4, zatímco druhý nabízí linky PWM0–PWM3 a napájení 3,3 V.
Průmyslová komunikace Modbus RTU
Integrovaná podpora pro průmyslovou sběrnici RS-485 s protokolem Modbus RTU umožňuje připojení k široké škále průmyslových zařízení a senzorů. Připojení je realizováno přes šroubovací svorkovnici s vývody A+ a B–.
Analogové vstupy a sériový port
Deska nabízí analogové vstupy INPA5 a INPA6 pro připojení analogových senzorů. Pro pokročilé uživatele jsou k dispozici také vývody sériového portu (+5 V, Rx, Tx, GND) připravené pro volitelné připájení pinů nebo vodičů.
