Po nahlášení závady přijede servis k zákazníkovi do následujícího pracovního dne (Po–Pá, 8–17)
- ServicePack je lokální smlouva a nelze exportovat. V zemi, kde je zařízení nainstalováno, musí proběhnout nákup i registrace SPack.
- Dodání e-mailové verze Service Packu trvá v důsledku déle trvající fakturace, cca 7–10 dní od objednání.
- Service Pack je možné registrovat kdykoliv v průběhu základní záruky přístroje.
- Záruka, kterou SPack garantuje, nahrazuje záruku základní.
