Vybavený sedmi měděnými heatpipe o průměru 6 mm a hustým věžovým chladičem zajišťuje efektivní odvod tepla i u nejvýkonnějších procesorů. Integrovaný čtyřsegmentový digitální displej poskytuje přehled o teplotě, využití, spotřebě a frekvenci procesoru v reálném čase.
Chladič využívá nejnovější technologii Core Touch Technology (CTT 2.0) s precizně obráběnou měděnou základnou pro optimální kontakt s procesorem. Tichý 120mm ventilátor s hydraulickým ložiskem a třífázovým motorem dosahuje otáček až 2700 RPM při maximální hlučnosti pouze 36 dB(A).
