The Amerisolar AS-7M132BC-BHCR solar panel represents an advanced solution for large photovoltaic installations. The module uses 132 rectangular HPBC cells (Hybrid Passivated Back Contact) arranged in a 6 × 22 configuration, ensuring high efficiency up to 24.4% and peak power output of 660 W.
The bifacial construction with dual glass (2 + 2 mm; tempered glass) allows utilization of reflected light from the rear side of the panel, increasing total energy production by up to 25% depending on surface reflectivity. The black design ensures an elegant appearance ideal for installations where aesthetics are important. The module meets strict international certifications IEC 61215, IEC 61730 and is equipped with IP68 protection.
The solar panel contains HPBC (Hybrid Passivated Back Contact) cells, i.e., N-Type, with busbars on the rear side. "Hybrid passivated" means a combination of multiple passivation layers (e.g., TOPCon-like elements + BC architecture).

The module achieves 502.4 W power output under NOCT conditions (800 W/m², 20 °C, 1 m/s). Bifacial technology brings additional energy gains depending on surface reflectivity – with 10% gain from the rear side, the panel reaches 710 W output, with 20% gain up to 776 W. Open circuit voltage is 50.2 V, short circuit current 16.65 A.
Construction and durability
The anodized aluminum frame ensures long-term protection against corrosion. The module is equipped with an IP68 junction box with three diodes and 4 mm² cables 300 mm long with MC4 connectors. The total weight of the module is 33.5 kg with dimensions 2382 × 1134 × 30 mm. Fire resistance class C.
