Solární regulátor IT10415NC G3 představuje výkonné řešení pro nabíjení a vybíjení baterií v solárních systémech s napětím 12/24/48 V. S maximálním nabíjecím i vybíjecím proudem 100 A a podporou dvou nezávislých PV vstupů dokáže efektivně řídit výkon až 5 200 W při 48V systému.
Regulátor vyniká špičkovou MPPT účinností 99,9 % a konverzní účinností 98,5 %, což zajišťuje maximální využití solární energie. Robustní kovové pouzdro s krytím IP43 (s krytem) nebo IP32 (bez krytu) umožňuje instalaci v náročných podmínkách. Podporuje širokou škálu typů baterií včetně LiFePO4, Li(NiCoMn)O2, AGM, Gel a flooded s třístupňovým nabíjecím algoritmem pro prodloužení životnosti.
Pokročilé funkce a ochrana
Regulátor nabízí komplexní elektronickou ochranu proti přetížení, zkratu, přehřátí a přepětí. Funkce suchého kontaktu umožňuje připojení generátoru nebo sítě. Zabudované datové logování zaznamenává provozní data, události a statistiky výkonu v reálném čase.
Flexibilní komunikace a monitoring
Prostřednictvím portu RS485 lze připojit volitelné moduly Bluetooth, Wi-Fi nebo 4G pro vzdálený monitoring a ovládání. CAN rozhraní podporuje paralelní provoz až 6 regulátorů s bateriemi nebo bez nich. BMS komunikace zajišťuje spolehlivou správu nabíjení a vybíjení lithiových baterií (přímá komunikace s bateriemi EPEVER, pro ostatní je nutný modul BMS-LINK).
Široký rozsah provozních podmínek
Regulátor pracuje v teplotním rozsahu -25 °C až +60 °C s automatickým snižováním výkonu nad 40 °C. LCD displej funguje v rozsahu -20 °C až +70 °C. Jednotka je certifikována podle EN/IEC62109-1, EMC norem EN61000-6-1/3, FCC Part 15 Class B a splňuje požadavky RoHS.
