Solární regulátor série IT-NC G3 představuje novou generaci vysokoproudých MPPT regulátorů s integrovaným výstupem pro zátěž. Model IT7415NC G3 nabízí jmenovitý proud 75 A a podporuje automatické rozpoznání napětí 12/24/48 VDC. Maximální vstupní napětí fotovoltaického panelu dosahuje 150 V při nejnižší teplotě a 138 V při 25 °C.
Regulátor vyniká špičkovou účinností sledování MPPT ≥ 99,5 % a maximální konverzní účinností 98,6 %. Robustní kovové odlévané pouzdro s krytím IP43 zajišťuje spolehlivý provoz v náročných podmínkách. Podporuje širokou škálu typů baterií včetně AGM, Gel, Flooded a lithiových LiFePO4 a Li(NiCoMn)O2.
Pokročilá správa baterií
Regulátor podporuje třístupňové nabíjení pro prodloužení životnosti baterií. Pro lithiové baterie EPEVER poskytuje přímou komunikaci, pro ostatní typy je vyžadován modul BMS-LINK. Funkce konstantního napětí na výstupu umožňuje přímé napájení zátěže při dostatečném výkonu z fotovoltaických panelů.
Flexibilní komunikace a monitorování
Integrované komunikační rozhraní s elektrickou izolací nabízí port RS485 (5 VDC/200 mA, RJ45) pro připojení volitelných modulů Bluetooth, Wi-Fi nebo 4G. Port CAN umožňuje paralelní provoz až 6 zařízení s bateriemi nebo bez nich. Suchý kontakt podporuje připojení generátoru nebo sítě (jmenovitá hodnota 5 A/30 VDC, maximálně 0,5 A/60 VDC).
Provozní podmínky
Regulátor pracuje v rozsahu teplot -25 °C až +60 °C (s deratací nad +40 °C), LCD displej funguje v rozsahu -20 °C až +70 °C. Skladovací teplota je -30 °C až +70 °C. Zařízení je certifikováno podle EN/IEC62109-1, EN61000-6-1/EN61000-6-3, 47 CFR Part 15 Subpart B a splňuje normu IEC62321-3-1 pro omezení nebezpečných látek.
