Regulátor EPEVER TEP6425 ze série TEP představuje pokročilé řešení pro nabíjení baterií ze solárních panelů s nabíjecím proudem až 60 A. Podporuje systémy s napětím 12/24/48 V s automatickou detekcí a zvládne maximální vstupní napětí z fotovoltaických panelů až 250 V při nejnižší teplotě (225 V při 25 °C). MPPT rozsah je od napětí baterie plus 2 V (minimálně 20 V) až do 180 V při 25 °C.
Regulátor dosahuje špičkové účinnosti MPPT sledování 99,5 % a maximální konverzní účinnosti 98,5 %, což zajišťuje optimální využití solární energie. Podporuje různé typy baterií včetně AGM, Gel, Flooded a lithiových LiFePO4 a NCM s možností uživatelského nastavení. Maximální nabíjecí výkon dosahuje 780 W pro 12 V, 1560 W pro 24 V a 3120 W pro 48 V systémy.

Regulátor nabízí trojstupňové řízení nabíjení pro optimální péči o baterie a prodloužení jejich životnosti. Vestavěný port pro BMS komunikaci umožňuje přímou komunikaci s bateriemi EPEVER, pro ostatní značky je nutný modul BMS-LINK. Funkce záznamu dat v reálném čase, protokolování událostí a statistiky výkonu poskytují kompletní přehled o provozu systému.
Paralelní provoz a rozšiřitelnost
Díky vestavěné CAN komunikaci lze paralelně zapojit až 6 jednotek regulátorů, což umožňuje vytvoření výkonných systémů s celkovým nabíjecím proudem až 360 A. Paralelní provoz je možný jak s baterií, tak bez ní v režimu přímého napájení zátěže.
Rozsáhlá konektivita a monitoring
Izolované rozhraní RS485 s napájením 5 VDC/200 mA (konektor RJ45) umožňuje připojení volitelných komunikačních modulů pro vzdálený monitoring přes Bluetooth, WiFi, TCP nebo 4G sítě. Regulátor splňuje normy EN/IEC61000-6-2, EN/IEC61000-6-4, EN/IEC62109-1 a IEC62321.
