Regulátor TEP8425 ze série TEP představuje pokročilé řešení pro řízení nabíjení v solárních systémech s napětím 12/24/48 V. Díky maximálnímu vstupnímu napětí 250 V při teplotě 25 °C a MPPT rozsahu od napětí baterie plus 2 V až do 180 V zajišťuje optimální využití solárních panelů. Účinnost MPPT sledování dosahuje vynikajících 99,5 % a maximální konverzní účinnost 98,3 %.
Regulátor podporuje širokou škálu typů baterií včetně AGM, GEL, Flooded a LiFePO4 s třístupňovým nabíjecím algoritmem. Integrovaná BMS komunikace umožňuje spolehlivé řízení nabíjení a vybíjení lithiových baterií. Kompaktní konstrukce s rozměry 200 × 357 × 90 mm a hmotností 4,51 kg zajišťuje snadnou instalaci.
Pokročilé funkce monitorování
Regulátor nabízí komplexní funkce pro záznam dat v reálném čase, protokolování událostí a statistiky výroby energie. Komunikační port 5 VDC/200 mA (RJ45) umožňuje připojení externích komunikačních modulů pro vzdálený dohled a ovládání systému.
Flexibilní konfigurace baterií
Podporuje lithiové baterie typu LFP (LiFePO4) a NCM s možností uživatelského nastavení nabíjecích parametrů. Pro olověné baterie jsou k dispozici přednastavené profily AGM, GEL a Flooded s automatickou teplotní kompenzací.
Paralelní provoz a škálovatelnost
Díky integrovanému CAN komunikačnímu portu lze paralelně propojit až 6 regulátorů pro dosažení vyššího nabíjecího proudu. Systém funguje jak s připojenou baterií, tak v režimu přímého napájení zátěže bez baterie.
