Regulátor EPEVER TEP10425 ze série TEP představuje pokročilé řešení pro správu nabíjení v solárních systémech s napětím 12/24/48 V. S maximálním nabíjecím proudem 100 A a podporou vstupního napětí až 250 V při 25 °C je ideální pro karavan, lodě, průmyslový monitoring i menší až střední fotovoltaické instalace. Regulátor dosahuje špičkové účinnosti MPPT sledování 99,5 % a maximální konverzní účinnosti 98,4 %, což zajišťuje optimální využití solární energie.
Zařízení podporuje dva nezávislé PV vstupy a nabízí flexibilní konfiguraci včetně paralelního zapojení až 6 jednotek prostřednictvím vestavěného CAN portu. Unikátní režim bez baterie umožňuje přímé napájení zátěže při dostatečném slunečním svitu. Regulátor je kompatibilní s různými typy baterií včetně AGM, Gel, Flooded a LiFePO4, přičemž vestavěný BMS komunikační port zajišťuje spolehlivou správu nabíjení a vybíjení lithiových baterií.
Pokročilé funkce a komunikace
Regulátor nabízí komplexní monitoring v reálném čase s funkcí záznamu dat, logování událostí a statistiky výroby energie. Komunikace probíhá přes izolované RS485 rozhraní s napájením 5 VDC/200 mA (konektor RJ45). Volitelně lze připojit moduly pro Bluetooth, WiFi, TCP nebo 4G komunikaci pro vzdálený dohled a správu systému.
Ochrana a spolehlivost
Zařízení je vybaveno komplexní elektronickou ochranou a splňuje mezinárodní normy EN/IEC61000-6-2, EN/IEC61000-6-4, EN/IEC62109-1 a IEC62321. Pracovní teplotní rozsah od -30 °C do +70 °C a kompartmentové provedení zajišťují vysokou odolnost proti prachu a spolehlivý provoz i v náročných podmínkách. Regulátor využívá společné záporné uzemnění a nabízí nízkou spotřebu v klidovém režimu.
Flexibilní nabíjení
Třístupňové řízení nabíjení s nastavitelnou teplotní kompenzací -3 mV/°C/2 V zajišťuje optimální péči o baterie. Výstupní napěťový rozsah 8 V až 62 V pokrývá široké spektrum aplikací. Při vypnuté komunikaci klesá spotřeba na pouhých 48 mA/12 V, 25 mA/24 V nebo 14 mA/48 V.
