The unique UI Care service from Ubiquiti, currently available only within the EU and the United States, extends the warranty period of selected UniFi products to 60 months.
Claims for these products are handled directly through the Ubiquiti portal at rma.ui.com for maximum convenience and speed. Furthermore, you do not need to send the defective product back before receiving a replacement, and the manufacturer covers the return shipping costs of the faulty item.
Note:
The number of UI Care service units must match the number of product units you wish to cover with this warranty (e.g., for 5 devices, you need to purchase 5× warranty extensions).
UI Care must be purchased at the same time as the product it is intended to cover. It cannot be purchased later.
After purchasing the product and the UI Care service, all claims are handled exclusively by Ubiquiti (rma.ui.com portal).
