The Zyxel GS1005HP/GS1008HP is an unmanaged network switch equipped with 5 or 8 Gigabit Ethernet ports, with 4 or 8 ports (depending on model) supporting the PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at) standard with a total power budget of 60W. Thanks to Plug-and-Play technology, you can easily connect and power devices such as IP cameras, wireless access points, or VoIP phones.
The switch offers fast Gigabit connectivity with transfer speeds of up to 2000 Mbps per port, LED indicators for easy PoE budget management, and a fanless design ensuring quiet operation. It also supports IEEE 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet technology for automatic power consumption optimization.
Intelligent PoE budget management
The switch is equipped with a practical LED indicator that lights up orange when reaching 50W of the total 60W budget. The PoE MAX indicator signals when less than 10W of power remains, making it easier to manage connected devices.
High performance and transfer speed
With a switching capacity of 10 Gbps (GS1005HP) or 16 Gbps (GS1008HP) and support for jumbo frames up to 9 KB, it provides sufficient power for demanding network applications. Gigabit ports offer 10× higher speed than Fast Ethernet.
Energy-efficient operation
IEEE 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet technology automatically detects network traffic and dynamically adjusts power consumption. Combined with the fanless design, it ensures low power consumption and quiet operation.
