The network video recorder DS-7716NXI-I4/16P/Vpro represents a cutting-edge solution for modern IP camera systems with integrated AI analytics based on Guanlan Large-Scale AI models. Supports up to 16 IP cameras with facial recognition, person and vehicle detection through AcuSeek and AcuSearch functions. The device offers efficient H.265+ compression, which reduces storage requirements by up to 75%.
The recorder features 16 independent PoE ports for direct camera power supply with total output up to 200 W according to IEEE 802.3 af/at standard. Input bandwidth reaches 192 Mbps, output bandwidth reaches 256 Mbps. For data storage, 4 SATA interfaces are available supporting drives with capacity up to 20 TB each. Compact 1.5U construction allows easy installation in 19" rack.
Advanced AI analytics and recognition
The recorder utilizes two independent AI engines for parallel data processing. The first engine handles facial recognition and AcuSearch function with capability to create up to 16 face libraries. The second engine provides AcuSeek function for video structuring and person and vehicle detection. The system can process up to 4 channels of face capture at resolution up to 8 Mpx.
Efficient compression and storage
H.265+ technology significantly reduces recording size while maintaining high image quality. Four SATA slots support drives with capacity up to 20 TB each, providing sufficient space for long-term archiving. Dual-stream recording allows optimization of recording quality and bandwidth.
Flexible network connectivity
In addition to 16 PoE ports, the device features one gigabit RJ-45 port for network connection. Supports Hik-Connect and DDNS for easy remote management. Integrates with POS systems for overlay information and triggering recording based on transactions.
Extended security and interfaces
The NVR offers 16 alarm inputs and 4 outputs for integration with external security systems. Two-way audio is available via RCA connector and separate audio output. USB interfaces (2× USB 2.0 on front panel, 1× USB 3.0 rear) enable recording export and firmware updates.
