Introducing a powerful network storage server equipped with a quad-core Realtek RTD1619B processor running at 1.7 GHz and 1 GB DDR4 RAM. The device offers super-fast connectivity through 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet, which more than doubles the performance compared to standard gigabit connection. The server supports four 3.5" SATA hard drives with expansion capability up to 16 bays using expansion units.
Drivestor 4 Gen2 is equipped with the latest ADM 5.1 operating system, which automatically supports post-quantum cryptography (PQC) through TLS 1.3 with X25519+ML-KEM 768 algorithm certified by the US NIST. This technology protects your data from future quantum computer threats. The device supports Btrfs file system with snapshots for advanced data protection and enables hardware transcoding of 10-bit 4K H.265 videos for smooth playback.
Advanced Data Protection
The server offers multi-layer data protection including built-in firewall, ClamAV antivirus, ADM Defender with blacklists and whitelists, option to create backup admin accounts, and Snapshot Center for efficient creation of up to 256 snapshots per volume. Supports folder encryption using AES 256-bit and features hardware encryption mechanism.
Cloud Backup and Sync
Datasync Center combines multiple cloud services into one application – Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Yandex, and more. Cloud Backup Center supports business cloud services including Amazon S3, Backblaze B2, Microsoft Azure Blob Storage, Alibaba Cloud, Google Cloud Storage, and others to create a hybrid cloud.
Media Center
The device supports Full HD (1080p) output and allows installation of UPnP Media Server and OwnTone for streaming to TVs, tablets, and smartphones. Photo Gallery 3 and AiFoto 3 apps offer advanced features for photo organization including timelines, smart albums, duplicate removal, and photo enlargement up to twice their size.
